Shake Your Soul - Yoga Dance
Shake Your Soul® is a movement practice that relaxes your nervous system, energizes your body, and awakens your soul through a powerful, fluid dance repertoire set to world music.
Shake Your Soul is an experience of dancing from the inside out. In this unique approach to mind-body exercise you will discover your soul in motion. In addition to all the traditional benefits of exercise, you experience the added joy of your spirit inspiring you, inspiring your movement and bringing inspiration to your life!
Feeling and expressing joy is at the core of Shake Your Soul. As a Certified Instructor I will create a sacred space where you can find communion within your body and soul as they join in a creative, joyful community of dancers.
No dance experience necessary. As we tune in and feel the beat, we'll start to move our bodies. Your body may not move exactly as mine and that is ok. We will use movements that are designed to move the 5 different fluids of our bodies. The music and tempo will change as we go.

This is a fun 1 1/2 hour class. At the end we'll slow it down and then grab our yoga mats to enjoy to one or more sound healing instruments as they are played as our bodies and mind incorporate the changes.
