Yoga Therapy Session
Yoga Therapy is a one-on-one private session using specialized yoga poses and a comprehensive range of therapeutic techniques/adjustments. Each session is tailored to meet the needs of each individual in the supportive and nurturing way. Anyone can benefit from a session - you do not have to be fit, you do not have to be flexible and you do not have to be a student of yoga.
Yoga Therapy uses powerful therapeutic techniques to treat clients with health challenges or who are in pain regardless of its cause. This treatment of pain and illness from the yoga perspective supports and nurtures the healing process. Sessions are gentle and deeply respectful of a person’s individual issues.
Yoga Therapy will give new depth to the experience of your Yoga Class. Yoga Therapy will help you by:

Clients Wear loose, comfortable clothing that is easy to move in.
One yoga therapy class is equal to 4 yoga classes.
